Queen's rock anthems meet ABBA's pop classics in one Candlelight concert. A string quartet plays the music of both bands live at St George's Hall in Liverpool, in a hall lit by the glow of hundreds of candles.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. They close 5 minutes before it starts. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

About the venueSt George's Hall
St George’s Hall is a central Liverpool landmark and gathering place, set amid incomparable surroundings. Opposite Lime Street Station in St George’s Quarter, it’s one of the world’s finest neoclassical buildings. The structure measures 169 ft in length and 74 ft in width, with Europe’s largest tunnel-vaulted ceiling. Opened in 1854 for music festivals and the Civil and Crown courts, it has remained at the heart of city life.

What are the different ticket types?
There are five ticket types: Premium (front row), Zone A (excellent visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Zone D (fair visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Contact us with proof that you need a carer ticket and we will send you a voucher code to buy your free carer ticket. You will need to show it, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each carer ticket must be bought with at least one full-price ticket. Accepted documents include: Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility; receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP); evidence of being severely sight impaired; a CredAbility Access Card plus one category requirement.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Please remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To make a change, contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed, except with the Flexible Refund Ticket. For more information, see our terms and conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
Available for selected events, the Flexible Refund Ticket allows you to ask for a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Refund Ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to receive my refund?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund.
How do I request my refund?

What is “Candlelight Photo”?
This package offers a unique photo experience, available only to guests who buy it. You'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area and, as a souvenir, you'll receive a printed polaroid-style picture. Each purchase includes one instant picture.
Can I buy “Candlelight Photo” at the venue?
Photos can be bought at the venue unless they have sold out. Guests who buy the photo on the website together with their concert tickets have priority over those who buy on site. On-site purchases are by card only; cash is not accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Your photo is taken before the concert, and the photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start to allow time for your photo.
When do I get my picture?
You can choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff print the pictures during the concert, and you can collect them at the exit afterwards. Please make sure you have your printed pictures before leaving, as we cannot keep them for you. If you leave without your pictures, we cannot offer a refund or reschedule the photo.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Once you are inside the venue, our staff will explain where the photo experience takes place, and announcements will remind guests about it. Feel free to ask any member of our staff if you have questions.
How do I show that I have bought the photo?
You will receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. Please have it validated by the photographer at the venue so we can take your picture.
Can I get a refund for the photo?
Refunds are not permitted unless the photo opportunity is cancelled for internal reasons, in which case you will be refunded for the photo you bought.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within the zone you purchased. The concert begins on time and the audience must be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be allowed in.
What happens if the weather does not allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
