Candlelight's Halloween concert comes to Perth Town Hall. A string quartet performs spooky film and TV themes and classical favourites in a hall lit only by candles.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

    Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. They close 5 minutes before it starts. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

    Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

What are the different ticket types?
First Row Seating (best visibility). Zone A Seating (premium visibility). Zone B Seating (great visibility). Zone C Seating (good visibility). Zone D Seating (restricted visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. They must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Are companion cards accepted?
Yes, companion and carer cards are accepted at all Fever events. Contact Fever support to request a ticket.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the Tickets section of the Fever app. Log in with the same login method used for the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time. Contact Fever support with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue is accessible by car and public transport. A Red CAT bus stop and a taxi rank are next to the venue. Perth City train station and the bus station are three blocks away, and Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre and the Perth Esplanade Busport are five blocks away. Check the Transperth website for more information.
Is there parking available?

Is there food served?
The venue has an onsite bar in the lower foyer, and guests may take drinks into the hall. The bar is closed during the performance. There are no snacks at the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. Use the Hay Street entrance; a ramp is also available from Barrack Street. Inside, a lift opposite the stairs goes up to the Town Hall. Wheelchair seating is available in all zones. For wheelchair assistance, contact the venue ahead of time.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.

Your phone must be on silent mode for the whole performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
No, except in an emergency. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you cannot leave your seat.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat in your zone. The concert begins on time and late arrivals will not be admitted.
What happens if weather conditions do not allow the event to take place?
If weather affects the experience (a change of location or postponement), you will be notified by email in advance.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. Arrive in good time and the venue will do its best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Use Transfer Tickets on your ticket in the Fever app.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
