What ticket types are available?
There is Front Row (premium visibility), Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (ok visibility) and Zone D (restricted visibility) seating.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their carer. Once you have purchased your own ticket, please contact us for more information (a valid ticket is required before applying).
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase; your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us with your ticket ID to make the change. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, check our T&Cs.
How long does the show last?
The show lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before it starts, and no entry is possible once it has begun.

Paid parking is available within a short walking distance, including Secure Parking on Henderson St, City of Fremantle Car Park 10A (Fremantle Oval), Wilson Parking on Cantonment St, and additional City of Fremantle parking on surrounding streets.
How else can I get to the venue?
By bus, the closest stops are Queen St After Adelaide St, Queen St Before Adelaide St, and Market St Before High St. By train, Fremantle Station is the closest, about 650 metres (8-10 minutes' walk) from Victoria Hall. We recommend using Journey Planner to map your public transport trip.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
