What is The Jury Experience?

An immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote will determine the accused’s fate.

How long does it last?

Approximately 1 hour.

Are seats numbered?

No — seating is first-come, first-served within the zone you select. Zone A = best visibility, Zone B = good (further up), Zone C = fair (behind B).

What language is the experience in?

The experience is held in English.

Will there be strobe lights?

No, there will not be any strobe lights.

About your tickets

How do I find my ticket?

You do not need to print your ticket. Show your Fever ticket in the app or email upon arrival. Log in with the same account used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.

Are refunds or exchanges allowed?

Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. Exchanges to other dates or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time, based on availability. Contact us with your ticket ID.

Where can I buy tickets?

Through the Fever App (Google Play or Apple Store) or the Fever website. Not available at the venue.

Can I transfer my tickets?

Yes, for free. Click “Transfer tickets” in the Fever app, or contact us with your ticket ID.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance are entitled to 1 free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support Worker. Contact us after purchasing with supporting documentation (DLA, PIP, evidence of sight impairment, CredAbility Access Card, or Assistance Dog ID). A voucher will be provided — show both tickets at entry.

Unfortunately it started late and there was the occasional audio issue with the prosecutor. Also found it hard to hear the video interview shown on the screen. Apart from this, great event.
