The venue is located in the Montserrat neighborhood and can be reached via subway lines A, C, E, and H, or by bus. Please allow extra time due to traffic congestion in the area.

When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will start on time; latecomers will not be admitted into the building or the show.

Is food served?

No, the venue does not sell food or drinks.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
