Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us if you need further help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To do so, contact us and give us the ticket ID associated with your purchase (this is the unique code you received when you bought your ticket, which you will find in your confirmation email or in the Fever app - What is the ticket ID?). You can also check whether the change option is available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If it is, the "Change date/time" button will appear: just tap it and follow the instructions. Please note that refunds are not accepted under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not allowed except in cases required by Argentine law. A flexible cancellation add-on can be purchased, which offers an alternative policy.
If I buy a ticket with flexible cancellation, can I get a refund then?
You can cancel your ticket with flexible cancellation if you request it up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. Just get in touch with us. Please note that the ticket will not be refundable if it is transferred to another user.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you don't need to print your ticket. It will be validated through the Fever app when you arrive at the venue.
What are the different seating zones?
The following ticket types are available: Zone A, Zone B, Zone C. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit with your friends as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early and we will do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Yes, this show is for ages 5+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can tickets be bought at the box office?
Tickets will not be sold at the venue; they can only be purchased in the Fever app or on the Fever website.
When should I arrive?
Doors will open 45 minutes before the start of the experience and will close 5 minutes before it begins. Latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the artists and the rest of the audience.
Can I get a ticket for a carer?
Audience members who need assistance during this experience are entitled to request a free pass for their personal assistant or carer. Contact us with proof that you need a ticket for an assistant. Once we receive it, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase the free ticket in the Fever app for the carer (subject to availability). Please note that you will need to show the regular ticket together with this assistant ticket when entering the venue.
Will food and drinks be available to buy at the venue?
You will be able to buy food and drinks at this event; however, there will be no gluten-free or vegan options.
Can I leave the room during the show?
Out of respect for the artists and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
No, your mobile phone must stay on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the final bow and without flash.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will be no strobe lights.
What happens if weather conditions do not allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location/postponement), we will inform you by email in advance.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the venue where this event is held, although we do accept service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event takes place in an accessible venue.
Is parking available?
Unfortunately, there will be no parking at this venue, so we recommend that you don't come by car.
