What can I expect from the event?
The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom drama where you take part as the jury. You’ll analyse testimonies, interrogations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote will decide the fate of the accused in this thrilling theatre event.
How long is the experience?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types available?
For this venue, we offer Premium Zone (closest to the stage), Zone A, Zone B, and Stall Boxes.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 12 or older to attend. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. You’ll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No need. Your ticket will be validated through the Fever app when you arrive at the venue.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the experience begins. No refunds are accepted under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost by clicking "Transfer ticket" in the Fever app.

When should I arrive?
We ask you to arrive at least 30 minutes before the show starts. The show will begin on schedule, and the audience is expected to be seated. Late entry will not be permitted.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Will there be restrooms available at the venue?
Yes, the venue has restrooms. You can ask our staff for directions.
Is this venue wheelchair accessible?
The building has accessible sections for people in wheelchairs or using crutches.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
No photos or videos are allowed during the show.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. At the end, you’ll be asked to use it for the final vote.
Can I leave the room during the show?
For the respect of the artists and the audience, you cannot leave your seat except in case of emergency.
