What different ticket types are available?

Tickets are available for Zone A, Zone B and Zone C.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought in advance through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal caretaker. Once you've purchased your own ticket (a valid ticket is required), please send us the relevant supporting documents. We'll then provide a code to purchase the free caretaker ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. Please note you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the caretaker ticket at entry.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID to do so. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. See our T&Cs for more information.

What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?

The Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can return it and get a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts; no documentation is required. Just get in touch with us to have your ticket refunded.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Tickets can be transferred to another person. Please note that if you have a Flexible Refund Ticket, transferring it makes it non-refundable.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts 60 minutes with no intermission. Doors open 30 minutes before the show starts, and late admission is not possible once the concert has begun.

Where does the experience take place?

At the Schlosshotel Karlsruhe, Bahnhofplatz 2, 76137 Karlsruhe, in the “Spiegelsaal” (Mirror Hall).

How do I get to the venue?

The easiest way to reach the Schlosshotel is via Karlsruhe main station (Hauptbahnhof) or the Poststraße stop.

Is food or drink available?

Drinks are available for purchase. Food is available only with advance notice/prior arrangement.

Can I bring animals?

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Please get in touch with us if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.

Yes, the venue is accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Is parking available?

Yes, right in front of the hotel. The fee is €5.00 per car.
