We are taking your tastebuds down the ole Mississippi, for our take on some of the classic Creole flavours of New Orleans. A melting pot of cultures, The Big Easy, is known for being big on flavours, big on rhythm and big on libations – so expect some stonking cocktails and upbeat entertainment to accompany your trip down the bayou! Homemade Hush puppy with Whipped Sea Salted Butter Think classic Crayfish Beignet with celeriac remoulade followed by soft shell crab Po Boy, catfish, collard greens & lashings of New Orleans sauce… Cheeky’s Chef Phil & his team will be paying more than a nod to his Louisiana heritage, and we couldn’t be more excited for this one!
