The Institut Océanographique de Paris, now known as the Institut Océanographique de Paris, is a landmark in the Latin Quarter of Paris. This foundation, dedicated to protecting the environment and the ocean, is a magnificent building reminiscent of Italian Renaissance palaces. It houses a large amphitheatre and brings together all the major environmental players under one roof.

What are the different types of tickets?
There are four ticket categories: Category A, Category B, Category C and Category D.
Can I buy tickets on site?
Tickets are not available for purchase on site. All tickets must be bought via the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. To do so, contact us and send us all the necessary supporting documents.
Is there a minimum age to attend this event?
This event is for people aged 8 and over, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same email address used for the purchase. The QR code to show on the day of the concert is also included in the confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of the concert stated on your ticket. If you meet these conditions, contact us with your ticket ID.
Is it possible to get a refund?
No refunds are given, unless you've purchased a flexible and cancellable ticket (see below). Date and/or time changes are possible up to 48 hours before your session time, subject to availability. Contact us to change your ticket.
What is a flexible and cancellable ticket?
Available for certain events only, the flexible and cancellable ticket allows you to request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I request a refund for my ticket?
You can cancel your flexible and cancellable ticket by requesting it at least 48 hours before the experience starts. Your ticket can no longer be refunded if it has been transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to provide to cancel my ticket?
No documents are needed to request a refund or exchange.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take to process and how will I receive it?
If you paid by card or with a PayPal account, the amount will be refunded to the associated account; it may take more than 10 days to appear. If you bought your tickets with a coupon, you'll find a new coupon in the "Coupon" section of the app's home screen. This coupon is different from your Fever Club wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
You'll be refunded the full price of the ticket, except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option.
If I choose to exchange my ticket, when will I receive the new ticket?
Once the exchange request has been processed, you'll receive a coupon of the same value as your purchase. All you need to do then is open the experience in the Fever app, choose a new date or time and pay with your coupon.
Can I exchange my ticket for another experience?
If you choose to exchange your ticket, your coupon can only be used for the experience you originally booked.
How can I request my refund?
Contact us to request a refund for your ticket.

The concert takes place at the Maison de l'Océan, 195 rue Saint-Jacques, 75005 Paris.
How can I get there?
The venue is well served by public transport. Metro: line 7, Place Monge stop; line 10, Cardinal Lemoine stop. RER: line B, Luxembourg stop. Bus: lines 21, 24, 27 and 38, Luxembourg and Musée et Institut Curie stops. Parking: Indigo Paris Soufflot Panthéon, 22 rue Soufflot, 75005 Paris. Make sure to arrive at least 20 minutes before the concert starts.
Will drinks be available?
No, no drinks are available on site.
Can I bring an animal?
Animals are not allowed, except for assistance animals.
Is the venue accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the Maison de l'Océan is on one level with an access ramp. People with reduced mobility can be welcomed subject to availability.

Can I enter once the concert has started?
No. Doors open 45 minutes before the concert starts and latecomers will not be allowed in.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
