Was fantastic great team on the day very friendly. Stunning church location. We were premium seating so had a fantastic view and you felt you were really part of it felt intimate. The only issue I had was it was on 60 minutes.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.

How long does the experience last?

60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show; no entry is allowed once it starts.

Does the concert take place indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating within your booked zone.

Is there food served?

No, but there will be a fully stocked bar for refreshments and alcoholic drinks.

Is there parking available?

There are 38 spaces on site, including 3 disabled spaces. Once these are full, there are several local car parks within a 5-minute walk of the church.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Does this venue have disability access?

Yes, there is a ramped entrance to both the main and side entrances. One emergency exit has a step down, but a ramp is also available for it.

How do I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket; once received, we'll provide a voucher code to purchase the free carer ticket. Each carer's ticket must be purchased alongside at least one other full-price ticket, and both must be shown to enter the venue. Accepted documents include: middle or higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category requirement).

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

What are the different ticket types?

Premium (Best Visibility), Zone A (Excellent Visibility), Zone B (Good Visibility), Zone C (Fair Visibility), and Zone D - Music Only (Restricted View).

How do I get to the venue?

You can catch the number 11, 12 or 22 bus from Swindon Town Centre (Fleming Way) and get off at the 'Prospect' stop, a short walk from the church. By car, use the postcode SN1 3HB.

What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?

An optional paid photo package: you'll have your photo taken before the show in a designated area and receive a printed polaroid-style souvenir (1 instant picture per purchase). It's best bought online with your tickets for priority, though on-site card-only purchases may be available if not sold out; arrive at least 30 minutes early, and collect your printed photo at the exit — pictures can't be kept for later collection and there's no refund if you miss the shoot.
