We'll begin by sharing ceremonial cacao to gently open the heart, before melting into a calming Yin Yoga practice designed to release tension held within the body. You'll then be guided through a Reiki-infused meditation before settling into an immersive crystal bowl sound bath, allowing the vibrations to calm the nervous system and restore inner balance.
