This was really good. Really lovely for anyone who grew up on the original books and films. Hoping there are more of these to come as I'd definitely go again. Also hoping this proves how we do not need fireworks anymore. Great show. Live musician also made all the difference.

Absolutely phenomenal! The best thing I have ever watched, I would highly recommend to anyone. My son is visually impaired, I was worried that he wouldn't be able to see them, but he could see it all, and he loved it ! Incredible.

FAQs Solving your doubts

Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available for download from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in using the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app where, if enabled, the “Change date and/or time” button will appear. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need additional help. Be sure to include your ticket order number.
Is there parking?
There will be paid parking available. Please pre-purchase it as an add-on with your ticket, or you can pay on arrival. If you need accessible parking you do not have to buy a parking ticket: just present your documentation on arrival and the attendants will show you to the parking zone.
How long does the experience last?
The concert and drone show will last approximately 65 minutes. Doors will open 2 hours prior to the event start time. We recommend arriving early to check in and purchase food or drinks before the show starts. Late entry is strictly prohibited.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase at the venue?
You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Yes, we recommend arriving as early as possible. Doors open two hours before the start of the show and no entry is permitted once the session has begun. Arriving early will also allow you to enjoy the atmosphere and our food and drink offerings. Please note that seating is unreserved, so the earlier you arrive, the better your choice of seats will be.

Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place outdoors. If the event cannot take place due to weather conditions, we will notify you by email at the same address linked to your Fever account. If in doubt, remember to also check your spam folder.
Will there be additional sessions?
Check the experience page for updated information on availability, as these are the confirmed dates and times.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Tickets will not be sold at the door; they can only be purchased in the Fever app or on the Fever website.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, in the tickets section. You will also receive your tickets in your purchase confirmation email. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Animals are not allowed at this event's venue unless they are service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Sandown Park Racecourse is accessible for disabled customers, with ramp access, accessible parking close to the entrance, accessible toilet facilities, low level service areas in the bars and Food Court, and first aid facilities. The venue includes a wheelchair accessible viewing area: to use it, please book the Access Viewing Area ticket type for your group so you can stay together. You do not need to pre-purchase a parking ticket for accessible parking: show your badge to the parking attendants on arrival and they will direct you to the accessible parking area.
Do you offer tickets for carers?
Guests who require assistance during this experience are entitled to request a free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. For this experience, simply show proof that you require a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be able to enter for free.
Is the experience accessible for people with visual or hearing impairments?
