Amazing concert though it's only one hour. The ambiance was well-suited for the music themes. Young musicians but very talented. Will definitely consider for attending another one.

Chamber at The Arts House in Singapore is a unique and intimate performance venue that showcases a diverse range of music, theatre, and dance performances. The venue is known for its exceptional acoustics and historic architecture, with a capacity of up to 200 people. It is has become a hub for Singapore's arts and culture scene.

    There is no car park at the venue. The nearest car park is at New Parliament House, about four minutes' walk away, with no covered walkway.

  • Accessibility

    Only Zone A can be reached by wheelchair users who can transfer. Zones B, C and D are up stairs or steps and are not wheelchair accessible.

What are the different ticket types?
Zone A, Zone B (same visibility as Zone C but on a cushion bench), Zone C (same visibility as Zone B but on bar stools) and Zone D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. They must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I request a ticket for my companion or carer?
Guests who need assistance during the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Once you have a valid ticket, contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older unless otherwise stated. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the Tickets section of the Fever app, signing in with the same login method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the start time. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue is accessible by car and public transport.
Is food served?
No.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Only Zone A can be reached by wheelchair users who can transfer. Zones B, C and D are reached by stairs or steps and are not accessible by wheelchair. There is no lift to Zones B and C, which are on level 3.
Is there parking available?
There is no car park at the venue. The nearest is at New Parliament House, 1 Parliament Place, Singapore 178880, about four minutes' walk away, with no covered walkway between the car park and the venue.
Where is the entrance to the venue?
Along Old Parliament Lane, facing Victoria Theatre and Concert Hall.
Is there a dress code?
Dress as comfortably as you need to enjoy the show. The hall can get chilly, so bring a jacket just in case.
Can I arrive late?
No. Late entry is not permitted, and doors close 5 minutes before the start.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
