Chamber at The Arts House in Singapore is a unique and intimate performance venue that showcases a diverse range of music, theatre, and dance performances. The venue is known for its exceptional acoustics and historic architecture, with a capacity of up to 200 people. It is has become a hub for Singapore's arts and culture scene.

    There is no car park at the venue. The nearest one is at New Parliament House (1 Parliament Place, Singapore 178880), about a 4-minute walk away, with no covered walkway to the venue.

    The venue is partially wheelchair accessible. Only Zone A is accessible to transferable wheelchair users; non-transferable wheelchair users cannot enter because of tight spaces. Zones B, C and D are reached by stairs or steps, and Zones B and C are on level 3, with no lift access.

What are the different ticket types?
There are four zones: Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D. Zone B has the same view as Zone C, with seating on a cushioned bench. Zone C has the same view as Zone B, with seating on bar stools.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets can only be bought in advance through the Fever app or website, before you arrive at the venue.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for a personal assistant or support worker. You must already hold a valid ticket; then contact Fever and attach supporting documents.
Is there an age requirement?
Guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
Go to the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play, and sign in with the same method you used to buy your ticket. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start time, subject to availability. Contact Fever with your ticket ID to request the change. Refunds are not available, except with the Flexible Cancellation option if you added it to your purchase. See the terms and conditions for more information.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue can be reached by car and by public transport.
Is food served?
No, food is not served at the venue.
Can I bring animals?
No, animals are not allowed except for service animals.
Is the venue accessible?

Is there a dress code?
No, dress as comfortably as you like. The hall can get chilly, so we recommend bringing a jacket.
What is “Snapshot by Candlelight”?
It is a photo package, available only to guests who purchase it. Your photo is taken in a designated area and you receive a printed Polaroid-style picture. Each purchase includes one instant picture.
Can I buy “Snapshot by Candlelight” photos at the venue?
Yes, as long as it has not sold out. Guests who buy the photo option online with their concert tickets have priority over those buying on site. On-site purchases are by credit card only; cash is not accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Photos are taken before the concert. The photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time.
When do I get my picture?
You can choose your picture before it is printed. Staff print the photos during the concert and you collect them at the exit afterwards. Take your printed pictures with you before leaving, as they cannot be kept for you: if you leave without collecting them, no refund or rescheduling is offered.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Once you are inside the venue, staff will explain how the photo experience works, and announcements will also be made. Ask any member of staff if you have questions.
How do I prove I bought the photo package?
You will receive a QR code by email, and you can also find it in the Fever app. The photographer at the venue must validate your QR code before your picture is taken.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
