Such a lovely experience at my old school. CHIJ's now de-sanctified chapel was the perfect location for the beautiful music and ethereal ambience. Loved it!

Originally built in the 19th century as a convent school, it has been converted into a stunning events venue. The hall boasts intricate Gothic-style architecture and can accommodate up to 300 guests. What are the different ticket types?
There are four ticket zones: Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Once you have bought your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. To do so, contact us with your ticket ID. For more information, see our T&Cs.

How do I get to the venue?
The entrance to CHIJMES Hall is beside the drop-off point on Victoria Street, facing the restaurant Dough.
Are food and drinks available?
Prosecco is available for purchase inside the concert venue from 30 minutes before the concert starts. Only drinks bought at the event may be consumed, and no outside food or drinks are allowed in the concert.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does the venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking available?
Yes, the nearest car park is in the CHIJMES basement (30 Victoria Street, Singapore 187996).
Is there a dress code?
Dress as comfortably as you like to enjoy the show. The hall can get chilly, so bring a jacket just in case.
What is a “Candlelight Photo”?
This package offers a unique photo experience, available only to guests who buy it. You'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area and receive a printed, polaroid-style picture as a souvenir. Each purchase includes 1 instant picture.
Can I buy a “Candlelight Photo” at the venue?
Photos can be bought at the venue as long as they have not sold out. Guests who buy the photo with their concert tickets on the website have priority over on-site purchases. On-site purchases are by credit card only; cash is not accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Your photo is taken before the concert, and the photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert starts. Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert begins so there is enough time to take your photo.
When do I get my pictures?
You can choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff print the pictures during the concert and you collect them at the exit afterwards. Make sure you have your printed pictures before you leave, as we cannot keep any for you. If you leave without your pictures, we cannot offer a refund or reschedule the photo experience.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Once you are inside the venue, our staff will explain where the photo experience is, and announcements will remind you about it. Feel free to ask any member of our staff if you have questions.
How do I show that I have bought the photo?
You will receive a QR code by email, and you can also find it in the Fever app. Have your QR code validated by the photographer at the venue so we can take your picture.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
