Lovely experience, talented musicians, great arrangements and a nicely curated set list. Felt a little short but I guess it aligns with the principle of always leave your audience wanting more!

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) — log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience — contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. See our T&Cs for more information.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.

Is the experience indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating according to your zone.

Is there food available?

There's a bar, the Dairy, on campus near the Great Hall — it isn't inside the Hall itself.

Is there parking available?

There are approximately 200 spaces at the White Gates Car Park, accessible from London Road, including accessible parking. Spaces can't be reserved — it's first come, first served.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How do I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker — contact us here with proof of need. Accepted documents include: Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility; a Personal Independence Payment (PIP) receipt; evidence of being severely sight impaired; or a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category requirement). Once approved, you'll receive a voucher code to purchase the free carer ticket, which must be bought alongside at least one full-price ticket and shown together with it at entry.

Does this venue have disability access?

Yes, the Great Hall has disabled access.

What are the different ticket types?

Premium (Best Visibility), Zone A (Excellent Visibility), Zone B (Good Visibility), Zone C (Fair Visibility) and Zone D (Limited Visibility).
