Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Seats are assigned on arrival, on a first-come basis within the zone of the ticket you purchased.

About the venueBeethoven-Haus Bonn
The house where the composer Ludwig van Beethoven was born in December 1770 is one of the few preserved Bonn bourgeois houses from the 18th century. In 1989, the Beethoven-Haus association celebrated its 100th anniversary and has since housed the Beethoven Archive. A true gem of the house is the chamber music hall.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change your date and/or time up to 24 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not available under these standard terms.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
For select events, this ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can do so up to 48 hours before the experience starts, no documents required. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once it has been transferred to another user.
What ticket types are available?
There are tickets for Zone A, B and C.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and late entry once the concert has started is not possible.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their caretaker. Send us your supporting documentation after purchasing your ticket; we'll then provide a voucher code for the free caretaker ticket, subject to availability. Please show your regular ticket together with the caretaker ticket at entry.
Where does the experience take place?
Kammermusiksaal at the Beethoven-Haus, Bonngasse 24-26, 53111 Bonn.
How do I get to the venue?
The Beethoven-Haus is in the centre of Bonn, on the edge of the pedestrian zone, close to the Rhine, a few minutes' walk from the main train station. Trams (lines 62, 65, 66 and 67) and several bus lines stop nearby at Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz/Beethoven-Haus, where taxi ranks are also available.
Is there parking available?
City-centre car parks are available; the closest ones are Stiftsgarage, Marktgarage and Friedensplatzgarage.
Is food or drink available?
No, there is no drink sale planned at this event.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Partially: the Beethoven-Haus has wheelchair access to the hall, but only to the back row (Zone C). Unfortunately, the restrooms are not wheelchair accessible.
Can I bring animals?
Pets aren't allowed, except for service animals. Please fill in the relevant form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets aren't sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before arriving.
