We have several zones priced based on closeness and the stage view. When you enter Museo Carmen Thyssen Málaga, the team will help you find your seat in order of arrival within your booked category.
Of course! To sit together, it's important that you and your companions arrive at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the concert starts, and our team will do everything possible to seat you together.
Tickets cannot be bought at Museo Carmen Thyssen Málaga. You'll only find them available digitally through Fever's official channels (our official website or the mobile app).
We suggest coming with a 30-minute buffer so you can get seated without any hassle. Entry ends strictly 5 minutes before starting, and no new entries will be allowed after it begins, to preserve the atmosphere of the event.
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
Keep in mind that many of our concerts are held in historic buildings, so controlling the temperature can be a challenge. We do our best to ensure a pleasant environment, but we recommend bringing comfortable clothes suitable for the time of year so you can enjoy without issues.

Keep your device on silent during the event. You can only capture photos and videos (always without flash) in the final piece when the musicians signal you from the stage.

If you don't have the app handy, you can find them in your inbox: the confirmation email includes your QR code. Remember, you don't need to bring anything printed.
Yes! You can send your digital tickets to someone else for free from the "Transfer Tickets" tab in the Fever app. If you need extra assistance, contact us and share your ticket number.
Of course! Gift Candlelight by buying a Gift Card for them to select their preferred show and time. If you already have a fixed-date ticket, share it as a gift by clicking "Transfer Tickets" in the Fever app.
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy.
