Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logging in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket number. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

What ticket types are available?

There are different zones and seats depending on the visibility you'd like. If you buy a "Premium" ticket, it will show as "Luneta Baja II" (the section's official name inside the venue), located centrally right in front of the stage. "Coro" seats offer good visibility and proximity to the stage, behind the musicians.

How long does the experience last?

Approximately 65 minutes.

Indoors, with assigned seating.

Is food or drink available?

The venue sells simple snacks and drinks.

Is parking available?

Yes, the venue has its own parking lot (limited spaces) for an additional fee.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests who need assistance during the experience can request 1 free ticket for their personal assistant. You must already have a valid ticket before requesting this, and contact us with supporting documentation.
