What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving about 30 minutes before your session starts. Doors open 30 minutes before the show and entry is not allowed after it begins.
What does the ticket include?
Entry to the event.
Do I need to print my ticket?
There's no need to print anything: just show your Fever ticket(s) on the app or in the email when you arrive at the venue.
Can I request a refund?
Refunds are not allowed. Exchanges for other dates and/or times are allowed up to 48 hours before the start of the originally purchased event, subject to availability. To change your ticket, send an email directly to ola@feverup.com.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
There are no tickets sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Who can buy half-price tickets?
Students, seniors, people with special needs (PNE) and their companion, low-income youth, and teachers from the state public school system and municipal school systems (early childhood, elementary, and high school education). All of these people must present a document proving this condition; otherwise, they will not be able to use the half-price ticket and must pay the full ticket price.
Can I bring pets?
No, pets are not allowed.
Will there be food for sale?
No, there will be no food sold at the venue.
How do I know which seat is mine?
Seats are organized by zones and assigned upon arrival, on a first-come, first-served basis and according to the type of ticket purchased, with the help of the staff on site.
Are the candles real?
No. They're LED candles, so there's no fire risk.

No, the venue does not have parking.
What's the minimum age?
Entry is allowed from age 8. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
