Arrival & check-in
Arrive on time — admission is stopped 15 minutes after your session start time. Store bags and coats, then get fitted with your Avora jumpsuit (sizes S–4XL available).
Step through the gateway
Enter the newly discovered gateway into Avora and follow the story through the theatrical sets, mingling with the local Avorians and the cast of actors.
Cocktails & photo moments
Sip your 3 signature cocktails (mocktail option available) and take photos in your jumpsuit before the story reaches its resolution.

Was such a fun experience. Loved it! Definitely recommend people to go.

Loved the storytelling, the cocktails were on point, the show was very interactive and the suits were great. The only area of improvement would be get the group to do an intro. After all, when we are traveling to space, you need to know who you’re flying with 🤷🏾‍♂️ Loved the whole experience!

I absolutely loved the 1st and 3rd cocktail, however wasn’t so sure on the 2nd cocktail as it was warm. The rooms were amazing and it was a great journey and experience. My only thoughts were maybe there could have been something to guide you from one room to the next - a mystery to solve or something to find. On the whole, an amazing immersive experience! Would 1000% go back again!

The experience was very enjoyable, fun and quirky! It was new and I would do a similar experience again!

What is Avora?

An immersive theatrical cocktail experience where guests enter the mystical land of Avora, mingle with local Avorians, and sip 3 expertly crafted signature cocktails across a mesmerising theatrical set.

Is there an age requirement?

18+ only, with valid ID. Challenge 25 rules apply — bring a passport or driving licence if you look under 25.

How long does the experience last?

1 hour 45 minutes. Admission is stopped 15 minutes after your session's start time, so please arrive on time.

What's included in my ticket?

Intern includes the immersive experience and 3 cocktails; Researcher adds a take-home flowering tea bud; Doctorate adds a bonus 4th secret cocktail.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

The venue is not wheelchair friendly due to multiple steps between rooms. Seating is available for most of the experience; a free companion/carer ticket is available with proof of need.

What should I wear?

There's no dress code — you'll be given a special Avora jumpsuit on arrival (sizes S–4XL). Small bags and coats are stored in belongings boxes.

Are mocktails available?

Yes, all three cocktails are available as mocktails at the same price. All cocktails are vegan-friendly and nut-free, with allergy accommodation available at check-in.

Will there be flashing or strobe lighting?

The experience uses fibre-optic and UV lighting, and hanging optics flash periodically. If you're light-sensitive, please contact the venue in advance.

Can I book as a group?

Tables seat around 6 guests; groups of 2–4 may share a table and groups of 7+ are spread across linked tables. For private hires or special-occasion bookings of 12+ guests, including unlisted dates, see the Booking & Ticketing section of the FAQs.

Can I change my date or get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable. Date/time exchanges are allowed with at least 48 hours' notice, and tickets can be transferred to someone else for free via the Fever App.

Is there a family-friendly version of Avora?

Yes — a separate, non-alcoholic "Avora: Family Immersive Adventure" exists for families (recommended ages 5–11), but it is a distinct experience and is not currently on sale.
