No, tickets are not sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
What are the different ticket types?
Front Row offers the best visibility, Zone A and Zone B offer great visibility, Zone C good visibility, and Zone D (for select shows) also offers good visibility.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID to request the change. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances — see our Terms & Conditions for more information.

No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. Exchanges to another date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the original event, subject to availability — contact us to make the change.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts 65 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it starts.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app — contact us with your ticket ID if you need help.

If you're taking the metro, plan for about a 5-minute walk from the nearest stations: Dupont Circle (Red Line), McPherson Square (Blue, Orange, Silver) or Mt. Vernon Sq. (Green, Yellow).

No food or beverages are available for purchase; only sealed bottled water is allowed inside the venue.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor, and is seating assigned?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating by zone. You can sit together with friends as long as you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone.

Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the show to be assigned a seat — latecomers won't be admitted, out of respect for the performers and audience.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated spot at the venue on the day of your event. Because they're tied to that specific date and location, all online Candle add-on purchases picked up on-site are non-refundable, non-returnable, and final.
