Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Contact us with your ticket ID to request the change. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; see our T&Cs for more information.

For selected events, the Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can return it and get a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documentation is required, but the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.

The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before it starts; late arrivals will not be permitted. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to be assigned a seat within your zone.

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and Zone D tickets are restricted to guests aged 16 and over.

A cashless bar for refreshments and alcoholic drinks will be available.

You can arrive by foot or car and park on Queen Street or Rutland Street (Pay & Display). Nearby car parks include Lime Street Station Long Stay (Lord Nelson Street, L3 5QB), St John's Shopping Centre (St George's Place, L1 1LQ) and Queen Square, Whitechapel (L1 1RH).

Yes, but only in Zone A — please contact us to arrange this. Guests requiring assistance can also apply for 1 free companion/support-worker pass after purchasing their own ticket. Each carer's ticket must be purchased alongside at least one full-price ticket. We accept documentation such as Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), evidence of severe sight impairment, or a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category requirement).

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Out of respect for the musicians and audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.

An optional paid add-on offering a professional photo taken in a designated area, printed instantly in polaroid style (1 picture per purchase). Photos can also be bought at the venue, subject to availability, but online purchasers get priority and on-site purchases are card-only. Your photo is taken before the event (session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts — arrive at least 30 minutes early), and prints are collected at the exit after the concert; unclaimed prints can't be refunded or rescheduled. You'll receive a separate QR code by email to validate with the photographer at the venue. Refunds only apply if the add-on is cancelled for internal reasons.
