Wonderful Concert. Perfect Surroundings. A perfect oasis in the heart of Birmingham

We had a great night , the artist could be louder introducing there songs . It was a bit quiet but on the whole Excellent night .

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play) — log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Contact us directly, indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

How long does the experience last?

The show lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start time, and no entry is permitted once the performance has begun.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is food or drink available at the venue?

No food is served, but there is a bar at the venue.

Is there parking available?

Pay-and-display on-street parking is available near the venue. There's also an NCP car park (entrance on Dale Street) approximately 200 metres away.

What is the minimum age to attend?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How do I book a ticket for my carer or support worker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free ticket for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Contact us with proof of need (for example, Middle or Higher rate DLA, a PIP receipt, evidence of severe sight impairment, or a CredAbility Access Card) and we'll send you a voucher code. The carer ticket must be purchased alongside at least one full-price ticket, and both must be shown at entry.

Does this venue have wheelchair or disability access?

The nave has level access, and a ramp is available into the chancel; however, there is no step-free access to the galleries. Nearby car parks offer designated disabled parking — the closest is the Birmingham Snow Hill station car park, where Blue Badge holders can park for free. Contact us directly for personalised assistance.
