Chef Ricky has curated a vibrant lineup of dishes that bring British classics to life with a fresh twist. Think cozy pub favourites and seaside takeaway, all inspired by the fondest childhood memories. This is more than just a menu—it’s a mouthwatering journey through the heart of British culture. Get ready to fall in love with your favourite British food all over again this Autumn!
Dinner will start with what is seemingly an ice-cream sandwich and end with what looks like a classic pie & mash! It sounds odd right?! But don’t worry it’ll all make sense once you immerse yourself in this unique, unmissable culinary journey with Chef Ricky at the exclusive 20 seat chef's table set in a luxury hotel in the heart of East London.
