Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

About the venueSt George's Hall
St George’s Hall is a central Liverpool landmark and gathering place, set amid incomparable surroundings. Opposite Lime Street Station in St George’s Quarter, it’s one of the world’s finest neoclassical buildings. The structure measures 169 ft in length and 74 ft in width, with Europe’s largest tunnel-vaulted ceiling. Opened in 1854 for music festivals and the Civil and Crown courts, it has remained at the heart of city life.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) — remember to log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost — just click “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us with your ticket ID if you need any help.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start of your experience — contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
The Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can return it up to 48 hours before the experience starts (it becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user), and no documentation is required to claim your refund.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts 65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Zone D tickets are for guests aged 16 and over only.
Is there food or drinks available at the venue?
A cashless bar serving refreshments and alcoholic drinks is available at the venue.
Is there parking available?
There are several car parks close to St George's Hall — the nearest are Lime Street Station Long Stay (Lord Nelson Street, L3 5QB), St John's Shopping Centre (St George's Place, L1 1LQ), and Queen Square (Whitechapel, L1 1RH).
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Disability access is available, but only in Zone A — please contact us to arrange this.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (such as a change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
What is “Candlelight Photo”?
A paid photo experience available to guests who purchase it: your photo is taken in a dedicated area before the show (the session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early), printed in a polaroid style during the concert, and ready for you to collect at the exit. You'll receive a QR code by email to show the photographer. Refunds are only given if the experience is cancelled for internal reasons.
