Join the resident Chef to learn about the background of Tapa culture, before guiding you step-by-step in how to prepare three classic tapas including: Chorizo (red sausage) in Wine Sauce, Tortilla Española (Spanish potato omelette) and Gambas al Ajillo (sautéed garlic shrimp).
