🐕 Service animals are welcome.
🏋️‍♂️ Guests should possess at least a moderate level of physical fitness.
⚠️ Those with prior neck, back, heart injuries, shoulder dislocations, are pregnant, or are wearing a hard cast are prohibited from flying.
⚖️ iFLY may be unable to accommodate individuals weighing between 260-300 lbs, and cannot accommodate those over 300 lbs. An assessment upon check-in will determine eligibility for those within the weight limit.
👶 The minimum age requirement to fly is 3 years old.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Minors under 18 must have waivers signed by a parent or guardian.
👟 It's advised to wear snug, lace-up sneakers or running shoes and comfortable attire.
📏 Participants must be at least 40" tall. Those under 40" tall will not be permitted to fly.
