You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code will also be in your confirmation email.

Can I change the date of my ticket or get a refund?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience — contact us with your ticket number. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstance. For more information, please refer to our terms and conditions.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts approximately 65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, and no entry is allowed once the show has started.

How do I get to the venue, and is there parking?

The venue is located at Puente Xoco s/n-Puerta A, Xoco, Benito Juárez, 03330 Mexico City; there are several public and private transport options (take precautions, as the area has heavy traffic). The venue has its own parking, with limited capacity and an additional cost.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend, unless otherwise stated on the website. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
