Pioneer Memorial Obelisk
L'Obelisco Memoriale dei Pionieri nel Hermann Park onora i primi pionieri di Houston. Realizzato in granito dall'immigrato tedesco Frank A. Teich e collocato nel 1936, questo monumento commemora il centenario dell'Indipendenza del Texas, situato splendidamente tra il Jones Reflection Pool e il McGovern Lake.
