Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. You will also receive a PDF with a barcode in your purchase confirmation email.
What ticket types are available?
The theatre is divided into sections A, B, C and D based on visibility. Seats are assigned at entry based on arrival order and ticket type.
Can I buy a ticket at the venue on the day of the event?
No, tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased through the Fever app or website.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket for free by sending the PDF with the barcode to the person who will use it. For any questions, contact us with your ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the event starts by contacting us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances; see our T&Cs for more information.
How long does the concert last?
Around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start; latecomers will not be admitted.
Does the concert take place indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is food or drink available on site?
No, food and drinks are not available inside, but there is a bar about 30 metres from the entrance.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, free on-site parking is available.
Is there an age requirement to attend?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are there tickets for a companion/carer?
Yes, anyone who needs assistance during the event is entitled to a free companion ticket, upon providing documentation certifying that need; we will send you a code to purchase it in the Fever app (subject to availability). Both tickets must be shown at entry.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Access for people with reduced mobility is only available in Zone A.

Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for safety reasons all candles used during the show are flameless.

Yes, if you have tickets for the same zone and arrive together. We recommend arriving early.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the concert starts. The concert will start on time and latecomers will not be admitted.
