About the venueCentro Costanera

It is a location within Costanera Center, the largest shopping center in Santiago, Chile. The mall has more than 300 shops, international brands, restaurants, and entertainment options. It is part of a modern complex that includes the tallest skyscraper in Latin America, the Gran Torre Costanera.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No need to print it. You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please log in with the same method used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your confirmation email.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. Refund requests are only allowed up to 7 days after purchase and always before the session starts.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as tapping 'Transfer Tickets' on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us if you need additional help and include your ticket order number.

How long does the experience last?

Duration: 45 minutes. Relax, explore and let our team guide the flow.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.

Will food and beverages be available for purchase on site?

The only food and drinks we offer for purchase are water, fruit juices and candies. We're located in a mall with an entire floor dedicated to dining, so you can easily find a wide variety of food and beverages before or after the experience.

Is there parking available?

Yes. The venue is on the -1 floor of Cenco Costanera, a shopping centre with parking available and close to public transport.

Is there an age requirement?

Dopamine Land is family-friendly! Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Guests aged 12 and older may attend unaccompanied. Toddlers up to 2 years old have free entry.

Is the venue accessible?

Partially accessible. Due to the playful and physical nature of certain attractions, some rooms are not accessible to people who use wheelchairs or those with reduced mobility.

Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?

The hearing impaired will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.

This event won't include strobe lights. However, the event will contain different exhibits with moving lights and special effects.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Is there a dress code?

Socks are mandatory. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing. Note: some rooms have mirrored floors.
