What is The Jazz Room and what can I expect?
The Jazz Room is a unique concert experience, featuring a mix of carefully chosen classics and spontaneous improvisation. Enjoy a house cocktail, with or without alcohol, as you embark on a journey through the rich history of Cuban music.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (premium view), Zone B (very good view) and Zone C (good view). Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone. The venue is set up with tables and chairs for your comfort. The ticket does not include supplies (food or drinks), so any consumption must be paid for directly at the venue.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends as long as you arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early to make sure you get seats together. Our team will do their best to seat you in the best possible way.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. A valid ID may be requested.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, this event uses strobe light effects.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available to download from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in using the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You do not need to print your ticket; it will be validated through the Fever app when you arrive at the venue.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In that case, please contact us with your ticket number. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please see our terms and conditions.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no additional cost. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer ticket" on your ticket in the Fever app.
Where does the experience take place?
The Jazz Room experience takes place at Club Subterráneo, located at Paseo Orrego Luco #46, Providencia, Santiago de Chile.
When should I arrive?
We ask that you arrive at least 45 minutes before the start of the show so that you can be assigned a seat within the zone you purchased. The show will start at the scheduled time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, out of respect for the artists' performance and the audience's experience, you will not be allowed into the venue building or the show, so we suggest you take the necessary steps to arrive on time.
Is food served?
Yes! You can buy supplies at the venue and enjoy them during the show. The venues have shared tables, which lets you keep your supplies with you and enjoy them while you enjoy the show.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except service animals.

Can I leave the concert room during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in case of emergency.
