Изпълнението и обстановката бяха перфектни. Организацията и настаняващите по-слаби. Имаше хора, които си сменяха местата, веднага щом настанителите излизаха от залата, нямаше кой да следи за това, в последствие имаха проблем с настаняването на хората в зоната, в която очевидно бяха седнали хора без билет за там. Вместо да стоят 10 души пред входа като статуи, отделете ресурс, част от тях да следят реда вътре. Иначе и пуснете билети за терасите, има хора, които биха платили повече, за подобно място. Може би бихме посетили отново догодина.

Залата не е подходяща за концепцията на мероприятието, нужно е да се състои в зала, която се вижда от по високо сцената, за да бъде по хубаво преживяването. Столовете бяха ужасно твърди с желязна облегалка, което изобщо не беше комфортно. Квартетът беше превъзходен - 11 от 10, но поработете върху залите и комфорта на публиката.

Where can I find my ticket? Do I need to print it?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play), logged in with the same method used for your purchase. Your QR code is also sent in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts by contacting us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time, and late entry is not permitted.
Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is food available at the venue?
Food is not permitted inside the hall.
Is there parking nearby?
The nearest parking is the "Knyaz Alexander I Square" car park.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
What ticket types are available?
The seat map shows several ticket categories: Premium (front row), Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D (limited visibility). Tickets reserve a zone rather than a specific seat, so it's best to arrive early to choose your preferred spot within your zone.
Can I book a ticket for my companion/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their personal assistant/companion. The guest requiring assistance must hold a valid ticket before applying. Once you've purchased your ticket, please contact us with proof of disability (accepted documents include DLA for care and/or mobility, PIP, evidence of severe sight impairment, or a CredAbility Access Card).

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can take your seat within your zone. The concert starts on time and the audience must be seated beforehand; latecomers will not be admitted.
How do I get to the venue?

Can I sit with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone, you can sit together. We recommend arriving early so we can seat you accordingly.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For everyone's safety, all candles are flameless.
