Together, we will practice Pura yoga. Pura means “complete”, and once you have completed this retreat, we hope that you will feel more at one with your body. At the end of it all, have a cup of herbal tea, mingle with the other participants and gaze at the night sky on the outdoor patio. An evening of relaxation awaits!
