Arrive at your time
Arrive at the time on your ticket (you can arrive within 15 minutes) and show your ticket from the Fever app.
Follow the trail
Walk the illuminated outdoor trail at your own pace, about 60–90 minutes. It is a walkthrough, so there is no seating.
Treats and photos
Enjoy festive food and drinks available for purchase, and take photos (no flash, tripods or professional equipment).

Yes, we have both onsite and offsite parking - Onsite Parking is available for purchase in advance in this ticket page and on a first-come, first-serve basis at the day of the event. If you have pre-purchased parking, proceed directly to the selected lot. The address is located within your ticket description. - Onsite Parking (available every day): 26300 Crenshaw Blvd, Blvd, Palos Verdes Estates, CA 90274. When this lot reaches capacity, guests may be directed to offsite parking. - Offsite Parking: 25851 Hawthorne Blvd, Palos Verdes Estates, CA 90274. Guests parking offsite will be required to use a roundtrip shuttle pass for each guest - allow 15 min for shuttle time to the venue. Please note we do not accept cash.
Accessibility
Accessible pathways in the 10-acre section around the Administrative buildings, on paved and hard-packed ground. The Tram Road is a one-mile paved loop with steep slopes that may need a companion's help. Stroller-friendly.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Your ticket is in the Tickets section of the Fever app, and the QR code is in your confirmation email.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

Date changes are allowed up to 48 hours in advance via Fever support. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, for free, from the Transfer Tickets option on your ticket in the Fever app.

Is the experience indoors or outdoors?

It is held outdoors. If the weather forces a cancellation, we will email the address linked to your Fever account.

How long does the experience last?

People usually spend 60–90 minutes.

Is there food, parking and an age requirement?

Food and beverages are available for purchase, with vegan and gluten-free options. Parking is available. All ages are welcome, kids under 2 enter free, and the trail is stroller-friendly.

Is the venue accessible?

Accessible pathways are available around the Administrative buildings; the Tram Road has steep slopes. Service animals are welcome, pets are not.
