The concert lasts around 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it has started.

There's no car park at the venue. The nearest one is at New Parliament House, about a 4-minute walk away — note there's no covered walkway between it and the venue.

The entrance to The Arts House is along Old Parliament Lane, facing the Victoria Theatre & Concert Hall.

All guests must be 8 years old or older, unless otherwise stated. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. You'll need a valid ticket before applying, along with supporting documentation such as a Middle or Higher rate DLA, a PIP receipt, evidence of severe sight impairment, a CredAbility Access Card, or a recognised Assistance Dog ID Card — contact us to apply.

Only Zone A can be reached by transferable wheelchair users (non-transferable wheelchairs can't access it due to tight spaces). Zones B, C and D are reached via stairs and have no lift access, so they're fully inaccessible to wheelchair users.

Dress as comfortably as you like — the hall can get chilly, so bring a jacket just in case.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue — they must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before the event.

It's an optional paid photo experience: you'll have your photo taken in a dedicated area before the show (the photo session ends 10 minutes before it starts) and receive one printed polaroid-style picture, collected at the exit. It can also be bought at the venue by card if not sold out, though online buyers get priority. Show your QR code (from your confirmation email or the Fever app) to the photographer; the experience isn't refundable or reschedulable if you miss it.
