Description
Tractorless Vineyards' winemaking philosophy is to create a sustainable and diverse food and wine experience from locally sourced, foraged, grown and produced foods. The vineyard embraces a combination of old-world knowledge and skills with new world techniques all guided by Biodynamic principles. Their new project involves the integration of intensive cell grazing of sheep in the growing season to reduce the resource and time-hungry vineyard tasks such as weed control and mid-row management and produce 100% grass-fed lamb at the same time. Visit an amazing Biodynamic sustainable vineyard and meet some woolly workers whilst tasting a beautiful range of wines. Then sit and relax with a gourmet grazing board.
