Description
Cloisonné art is an ancient technique for decorating metalwork objects with coloured material held in place or separated by metal strips or wire. This workshop will teach you to make your own drink coaster with the exact same technique as our ancestors used to decorate enamelware in ancient history.
You'll learn the art of Cloisonné under the guidance of our experienced instructors. You will use wire drawing and wire attachment to outline the shape of your design then fill in the coloured sand part before finally covering the sand with a special adhesive. The entire production process cultivates early artisans' patience and attention to detail.
Let's bring this ancient craft into our daily lives and appreciate the classical beauty of this intangible cultural heritage.
The workshop is also ideal for various group events, our professional staff will work with you closely to work out a plan that suits your preference and budget.
