- The lesson experience was awesome. We got to help making things and preparing the food for cooking and then ate it! There was wine and soda, and a lot of laughter. Delish and loads of fun!! Great to do as a single person and in a group.
- It was an amazing experience! The chef really sweet ,fun, engaging and professional ❤️❤️

- Fun class!
- It was a great time! Chef John and his staff were great and they prepared an amazing meal with some help from us amateurs! It was a very hands on class and we learned a lot while having fun!
- Overall great experience!
- My daughter said she had the BEST time at this cooking class that she went to with her Dad, who also said it was extremely fun and social. They loved experimenting with Italian cooking and said Rudy was a wonderful, friendly chef to work with – it exceeded everyone's high expectations! Well done!

- It was great we loved it!
- Had such a lovely evening. Chef Joe was informative, engaging, funny and everyone was able to participate throughout the night. So glad I tried this class.
- Chef John provided an excellent culinary experience from start to finish! As part of my daughter's birthday celebration, she and I spent three fun-filled, inspiring hours with Chef John, Aaron and Dana. This team of experts made everyone in the class feel at ease and engaged us in participating comfortably. We made hand-pulled cheese, fresh ravioli, tortellini, fettucine, and tiramisu. Each dish was DELICIOUS! Nobody went home hungry! We greatly appreciated the balance between demonstration and hands-on participation. My daughter and I never felt overwhelmed and definitely gained confidence in our ability to use new skills at home. I look forward to purchasing some new equipment and gadgets so I can make pasta at home now. We also enjoyed the fun music and wine throughout the class. Chef John busted out a few dance moves...great entertainment for everyone of all ages! Aaron and Dana did not miss a beat. Each of them anticipated what we needed and were quick to lend a hand. They also shared their own expertise and guided us as we walked through unfamiliar steps in making the stuffed pastas. My daughter and I both strongly recommend this course and look forward to additional courses with Chef John. It's a great way to meet people with common interests, have fun and enjoy a beautiful, tasty meal. A fun date night for sure, too!
- Great, I would have liked to learn how to replicate the entree though
