Description
Let go of stress and anxiety and connect with the now, with your higher self! Timeline healing is an intense guided meditation that will allow you to access a deeper connection with your past, future and higher selves. The workshop is approximately 1h 30 and takes place online on Fridays at 4 pm PST. Shereen combines shamanic journeying practices to guide you on a magical journey. The first 15 minutes are dedicated to the Astrological energy of the week, the next 20 minutes are for guided meditations and the balance of the class is dedicated to sharing mystical self-care practices you will love. There is a lot we cannot control at the moment, but one thing we can is our ability to access our inner magic.
