The past year has been like no other, and more than ever before, the New Year marks the start of a new beginning. CEDER’S is kick-starting 2021 with the launch of its first virtual wellness retreat with mind and body sessions hosted by some of the biggest names from the wellness world to start the new year with a fresh mindset and energy. The retreat will bring balance to the body and mind, with a class from yoga aficionado Cat Meffan, and a transformative sound bath workshop (the latest trend on the wellness scene) hosted by Jasmine Hemsley. The event will also include a CEDER’S non-alcoholic cocktail making workshop to sharpen up your mixology skills.
