• Rhubarb Cosmopolitan - an exciting interpretation of one of the UK’s most popular cocktail with the addition of ever-popular rhubarb contrasted with the bright fresh addition of Cranberry leaf tincture. Handmade with Ketel One Vodka and Orange Liqueur
• Passionfruit Spritz - a bright and exotic combination of Passoa Passionfruit liqueur, vanilla and Ketel One Vodka.
• Cask Aged Negroni - handmade with Tanqueray Export Strength Gin, a classic bitter-sweet Negroni with bespoke aromatic bitters and stunning depth from ageing with Bordeaux Wine Casks.
• Seville Orange Old Fashioned - a twist on the classic and popular Old Fashioned Cocktail, handmade using Bulleit Bourbon complemented with Seville Orange and Bitter Orange Syrup.
• Espresso Martini - handmade using Ketel One Vodka, Cold Brew Coffee Kahlua and Fresh Coffee Syrup. A classic interpretation of the UK’s most popular cocktail.
• Gin Berry Sour - handmade using Tanqueray Gin, Crème de Mure Raspberry & Lime Shrub Blackcurrant Leaf. Prepared with a Vegan Foamer to give a great texture. A sweet, tart and rich flavour with a berry kick and aromatic gin botanicals
• Pineapple Margarita - handmade using Ocho Blanco and Reposado Tequilas, combined with Agave Syrup, Dried Persian Lime and Pineapple Infusion. A smooth and rich Margarita to which we add a Dried Persian Lime macerate for musky and lively sherbet-like citrus notes and pineapple for a tropical finish!

Whether looking to escape the country's lockdown or not, experience a one of a kind, live cinematic experience brought to you by Alcotraz. Law Authorities have recently discovered “Prison Hooch” being illegally brewed inside Alcotraz. As a result, the serving inmates have been transferred to Maximum Security. A current inmate Harrison has used the situation as a catalyst to escape. Harrison needs the help of prior escapee’s from Alcotraz and other criminal masterminds to successfully pull it off. Guests, from their own home, can expect to interact with live actors over video. This collection of classic and quirky cocktails are available to order separately. Cocktails come in two size formats, a 250ml (3 servings) format and 500ml (6 servings).
