The Mechanics are back and torching at the beautiful SLS Hotel. The 8 course “Mechanics Menu,” featuring the Gastro Garage’s signature Gastro Tanks and Drill Bits are the stars of our one-of-a-kind pop-up. The SLS Hotel is our new home and the Mechanics will be creating the Torched Experience on the large Garden Terrace with a retractable roof.
