• Marugerīta: Fior di latte mozzarella, tomato sauce & basil
• Sarami: Mozzarella, shichimi tomato sauce, salami and shishito pepper with a splash of red pepper sauce
• Chīzu: Three cheese with mizuna and green chilli sauce
• Kinoko: Shiitake, enoki and shimeji mushrooms with mozzarella, ricotta, chives and sweet soy truffle glaze
• Nasu: Mozzarella, aubergine & chives on a dengaku miso base
• Karifurawā: Purple and white roasted cauliflower on a tofu cream base with edamame, kabocha, sesame seeds and a teriyaki glaze (Vg)
• TP Fresh: Burrata, asparagus, cherry tomato, red onion & basil on a tomato base with onion sesame soy
• Okonomiyaki: Mozzarella, pancetta and sweetheart cabbage on an okonomiyaki sauce base topped with bonito flakes
• Gyūniku: Beef short-rib, slow-cooked in Yaki Niku liquor, topped with asparagus, mozzarella and spicy mayo sauce
• Wagyū Tataki: Mozzarella, tomato sauce, seared Wagyu tataki and mizuna with a drizzle of sesame sauce (£5 surcharge)
