Description
Bagels are one of the culinary treasures of Montreal cuisine. This small-group English cooking class will teach you all the secrets to making delicious bites of pleasure yourself. For an even cozier atmosphere, this workshop is held in a charming Rosemont apartment. Your chef-instructor will help you choose the best flour, reveal how to knead the dough until it is tender, and then how to top your bagel with whatever you like.
