Description
Bagels are one of the culinary treasures of Montreal's gastronomy. This English-language cooking class in a small group will teach you all the secrets to making delicious bites of pleasure yourself. For an even cozier atmosphere, this workshop is organized in a charming Rosemont apartment. Your chef-instructor will help you choose the best flour, reveal to you how to knead the dough until it becomes tender to perfection, and then how to fill your bagel according to your desires.
