Description
Once a Canadian immigration center for people fleeing the Great Irish Famine, this island off the Quebec coast is now a National Historic Site. Discover its past with a cruise on the Gulf of St. Lawrence and a tour with Parks Canada guides. Meet nurse Sarah Wade in the quarantine station and experience the daily lives of the four million immigrants who passed through this historic island.
