Step into an intimate venue where the stage feels beautifully close. Arrive 30 minutes early. Doors close at the start and no entry is allowed once the show has begun.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.

What are the different ticket types?

The following ticket types are available: Front Rows, Zone A, Zone B, Zone C. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.

Can I buy tickets on site?

Tickets are not available for purchase on site. Before the event date, all tickets can be purchased via the mobile app or the website (www.feverup.com).

Can I book a ticket for my companion?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request 1 free pass for their companion. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before making a request), you must contact us for more information.

Is there a minimum age to attend this event?

Yes, this show is for ages 5+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in with the same email address you used to buy the tickets. The QR code you will need to show on the day of the show will also be in the confirmation email.

Can I sit next to my friends?

Can I change my ticket?
